Peterborough Cars provides an online platform for booking taxi services through CAB9. All bookings and transactions are processed securely via the Stripe payment gateway.

4. Booking and Payment
When you book a taxi through our website, you agree to:

· Pay all applicable fees for the services rendered.
· Understand that payment is processed through Stripe payment gateway, and you must comply with their terms and conditions.

You may cancel your booking by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
· If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are entitled to a full refund.
· If you cancel your booking within [1 hours] of the scheduled pickup time, you may not be entitled to a refund.
· In the event of a service failure (e.g., late arrival or no-show by the driver), you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within [10 working days of the incident.
All refunds will be processed through the Stripe payment gateway and will be credited back to the original payment method.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or any server, computer, or database connected to our website.
